Free ISEB Certification Exam Questions and Answers

July 31st, 2008 by admin

How does ISEB Certification Exam ensure that the candidate is who they say they are?
Authorised Prometric Test Centres (APTCs) have strict check-in procedures which include verification of either signed photo ID or other signed ID.
Candidates are required to sign a logbook at the beginning and end of the exam and before and after any breaks.

If a candidate has no valid ID they can ask ISEB exam to approve an alternate form of ID and ISEB will inform Prometric of the ID to be presented by the candidate. Candidates who do not produce a valid ID at the scheduled appointment will not be allowed to take the exam and will not receive a refund of the exam fee.

Where are ISEB computer-based exams available?
The ISEB CBEs are available world wide through the APTC network. Candidates can take an exam at an APTC convenient to them. A list of all the UK centres is available. However, as test centres change over time the best way of obtaining an up to date list of the centres in operation is to go to Prometric’s exam information site.
Select your area of study from the options provided and then select a country. Select “Locate a Test Site” and choose “Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB)” from the client list and click “Next”. You will be taken to an ISEB information page, click “Next” to proceed. Select an exam - say IT Service Management Foundation Certificate (ITIL), and then select a language (the ISEB certification exams are only available in English at the moment).

The results of this search will show all the centres in the UK running the exam, with their address and contact details.
How does a candidate book an exam?
There are 3 steps to booking an exam with Prometric:
The candidate must be registered with Prometric (see Registration below)
The exam the candidate wishes to sit must be paid for (see Payment below)
Once the above have been completed the exam can be booked (see Booking below)
